Do I need a gym membership to join?

Most of our programs are designed for gym access, but we have full home workout alternatives for every single session. During onboarding, simply select your equipment availability and we'll adapt accordingly.

How does personalisation work?

You complete an in-depth assessment covering fitness history, goals, injuries, schedule, and equipment. Your coach reviews this and builds your 12-week plan before you start. Plans are then adjusted weekly based on your logged sessions and check-in data.

Can I switch programs mid-way?

Yes. If your goals change or you want to explore a different training focus, your coach can transition you to another program — carrying over any relevant progress and adapting the start point to your current level.

What's included in coaching calls?

Each call is a 30-minute 1-on-1 session with your assigned coach. You'll review performance data, adjust targets, address form or technique questions, and refine your nutrition and recovery strategy.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Absolutely. If you follow the program for 30 days and don't see measurable results, we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked. We're that confident in the system.

How experienced do I need to be?

We have programs for absolute beginners through to competitive athletes. Your intake assessment determines the right starting point and our coaches ensure you're never placed in a program that's unsafe or counterproductive for your level.

Does APEX include nutrition plans?

All paid plans include at minimum detailed nutritional guidelines and macro targets. Elite and Pro members receive fully customised meal plans built around their dietary preferences, schedule, and body composition goals.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. All memberships are rolling monthly. Cancel anytime with no penalties or hidden fees. You retain full access until the end of your billing cycle.
